In 2023, Ezar Frozen Foods was established by a group of experts and pioneers in Egypt’s food industry. The company employs a team of 50 skilled workers, technicians, and engineers, all of whom undergo continuous training to stay abreast of the latest technologies in frozen food manufacturing. Each technician and engineer brings at least five years of experience, while workers have a minimum of three years’ experience. With a monthly production capacity of 45 tons, the company specializes in providing high-quality frozen vegetables and fruits, offering competitive pricing to meet the demands of the local market and cater to the growing international demand for premium, competitively priced products.

Our Factories and the Technology Used in the Manufacturing Process

The production and packaging of our vegetables and fruits go through multiple stages aimed at ensuring product quality and food safety, making them ready for consumption by utilizing and following the latest methods and techniques in the field of manufacturing and packaging frozen food products such as vegetables and fruits. This process can be divided into six stages:

Harvesting and Transportation

Vegetables and fruits are harvested and transported from farms and suppliers.

Receiving and Sorting

Products are carefully sorted to remove any damaged items from transportation or storage.

Washing

Vegetables and fruits are washed with clean water to remove dirt and impurities using safe cleaning agents.

Rinsing

A second rinse with clean water ensures the removal of any residue from the cleaning process.

Drying and Sterilization

Vegetables and fruits are dried to remove moisture and sterilized to eliminate bacteria and germs.

Packaging

Vegetables and fruits are packed with labels showing name, weight, and date.
