Thanks to these nutritional benefits, peas are widely popular globally. They are harvested and transported directly from the field to the company’s production lines to retain their original nutritional value, even after cooking. Peas are often exported mixed with carrots as a frozen blend.

Spinach

Green Beans

Egypt ranks ninth among global exporters of green beans, with an export volume of approximately 7.7 thousand tons, representing 2.8% of global green bean exports. Molokhia (Jute Leaves)

Frozen green molokhia is made from freshly harvested molokhia leaves picked at peak ripeness and immediately frozen using rapid-freezing techniques that preserve the vegetable’s natural flavor and nutrients. Frozen molokhia is rich in vitamins A and C, with vitamin A promoting skin and eye health and vitamin C aiding digestion. It also contains iron, calcium, and dietary fiber, which further enhance digestive health. This unique product is primarily frozen and exported to Arab countries.
